Information to include when requesting an interloan

It is not essential to fill in all the fields but the more information given about the item required, the better. If you have a reference or citation (where you saw or heard about the item), tell us about it or supply a copy of this with your request. A pickup location must be included when using the online Interloan form.

When requesting books:

• title
• author´s name
• publisher
• date of publication etc.
• ISBN

if a particular edition is required, please specify.

When requesting periodical (journal or newspaper) articles:

• journal title
• date, volume, and/or issue number are essential
• author(s)
• title of article
• page numbers

If pagination, exact title, or author is not known, the subject of the article may be enough.
