Lost your card or forgotten your pin?

You need a valid library card number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to access your record, place holds or renew your books.

If you have lost your library card you will need to visit one of the Rodney Libraries to get a replacement (these cost $5.00).

If you have forgotten your PIN you will also need to visit a Rodney Library to enter a new one. N.B., bring your card with you.

You will also need to bring your card with you to the library to be able to borrow items.
